Cut-to-Length
Precision cut-to-length slitting from coil, flat-bar shearing, and plate profiling to ±0.5mm tolerance.
Slitting
Multi-strand slitting of coils into narrow strips from 10mm to 1,850mm width for roll-forming and stamping.
Shot Blasting & Priming
Sa 2.5 shot-blast cleaning and primer application (epoxy, zinc-rich, wash primer) for immediate fabrication.
Heat Treatment
Stress relieving, normalising, quench & temper, and case hardening for plates and sections.
Plasma & Laser Cutting
Profile cutting to DXF — plates up to 200mm thick, ±1mm positional accuracy.
Logistics & Kitting
Just-in-time delivery, project kitting, and tagged & bundled steel for direct site delivery.
